Alef Estate Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement
By registering as a partner in the Alef Estate Partnership Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms (the “Terms of Service”).

Alef Estate reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that improve the current program, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes will mean your acceptance of these changes.

Violation of any of the following conditions will result in termination of your account and refusal to pay any unpaid commissions earned during the violation. You agree to use the partnership program at your own risk.

Account Terms and Conditions
You must be over the age of 18 to be a part of this Program.
You must reside in the United States to be a partner.
You have to be human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not allowed.
You must provide your legal full name, valid email address and any other information requested to complete the registration process.
Your username can only be used by one person – using the same username by several people is not allowed.
You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. Alef Estate does not and will not be liable for damages or losses if you fail to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all posted content and activities occurring under your account.
One person or legal entity cannot maintain more than one account.
The partnership program may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate any laws of your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) when using the Service.
You cannot use the partnership program to earn money from your own Alef Estate products.
Links/graphics on your website, in your emails or other communications
After registering in the partnership program, you will be assigned a unique affiliate code. You are allowed to place links, banners or other graphic elements with your affiliate code on your website, in your emails or in other communications. We will provide you with recommendations, link styles and graphic works to use when creating links to Alef Estate. We may change the design of graphic elements at any time without notice, but we will not resize images without appropriate notice.

For accurate tracking, reporting and commission accrual, we will provide you with special link formats to use in all links between your site and Alef Estate. You should make sure that every link between your site and Alef Estate uses such special link formats correctly. Links to Alef Estate posted on your site in accordance with this agreement and correctly using such special link formats are called “Special Links”. You will receive commissions only on sales of Alef Estate products made directly through Special Links; we will not be responsible to you in case of any shortcomings in the use of Special Links by you or someone you have brought, or incorrect entry of your affiliate code, including cases where such shortcomings may lead to a decrease in amounts which will otherwise be paid to you in accordance with this agreement.

Affiliate links should point to the product page that is being promoted.

Commission and payment
In order for the sale of a product to be recognized for receiving a commission, the customer must follow the link

a social link from your website, email, or other communications to https://alefestate.pro and complete the product order during this session.

We will only pay commissions for links that are automatically tracked and registered by our system. We will not pay commissions if someone says they made a purchase, or someone says they entered a referral code, unless it was tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions for businesses generated through properly designed special links that have been automatically tracked by our system.

We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraud, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Payments begin only after you have earned more than €200 in affiliate income. If your affiliate account never reaches the €200 threshold, your commissions will not be realized or paid. We are only responsible for paying for accounts that have passed the €200 threshold.

Identifying yourself as an Alef Estate partner
You may not issue a press release regarding this agreement or your participation in the program; such actions may result in your exclusion from the program. In addition, you may not in any way distort or exaggerate the relationship between us and you, say that you develop our products, say that you are part of Alef Estate, or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or another person or organization, except as expressly permitted by this agreement (including the expression or implication that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute money to charity or some other purpose).

You cannot purchase products through your affiliate links for your own use. Such purchases may result (at our sole discretion) in withholding referral commissions and/or termination of this agreement.

Payment schedule
As long as your current profit from the affiliate program exceeds $20, you will be paid every six months. If you have not earned $20 since the last payment, we will pay you the next month after reaching this threshold.

Defining the client
Customers who purchase products through this program will be considered our customers. Consequently, all of our rules, policies, and operational procedures regarding customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to these customers. We may change our rules and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices of products sold under this program according to our own pricing policy. Prices and availability of products may change over time. Since price changes may affect the products that you have posted on your site, you should not display product prices on your site. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.

Your responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site, as well as for all materials posted on your site. For example, you will be fully responsible for:

– Technical operation of your site and all related equipment
– Ensuring that the display of Special Links on your site does not violate any agreement between you and any third party (including, but not limited to, any restrictions or requirements set by you by the third party who hosts your site)
– Accuracy, truthfulness and relevance of the materials posted on

your site (including, but not limited to, all product–related materials and any information that you include in or associate with Special Links)
– Ensuring that the materials posted on your site do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights)
– Ensuring that the materials posted on your site are not defamatory or otherwise illegal
– Ensuring that your site accurately and sufficiently discloses, either through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store and disclose data collected from visitors, including, where applicable, that third parties (including advertisers) may provide content and/or advertising, collect information directly from visitors, and may also place or recognize cookies in visitors’ browsers.

Compliance with the laws
As a condition of your participation in the Program, you agree to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, decisions or other requirements of any government authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether currently in force or later in force during your participation in the Program. Without limiting the above obligation, you agree that as a condition of your participation in the Program, you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state or otherwise) governing marketing mail, including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Anti-Spam Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.

Duration of the agreement and the program
The term of this agreement will begin from the moment our application for participation in the Program is accepted and will end upon termination by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without reason, by providing the other party with written notice of termination. Upon termination of the agreement, for any reason, you will immediately cease use and remove all links to https://alefestate.pro as well as all our trademarks, trade names and logos, as well as all other materials provided to you or on our behalf in accordance with this agreement or as part of the Program. Alef Estate reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Upon completion of the program, Alef Estate will pay out all accumulated funds over $20.

Termination
Alef Estate alone has the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Program or any other Alef Estate service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, as well as the loss and cancellation of all potential or future commission payments on your account if they were earned through fraud, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Alef Estate reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any person for any reason at any time.

Relations of the parties
You and we are independent contracts, and nothing in this agreement will create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You do not have the authority to make or accept any proposals or representations on our behalf. You will not make statements, whether on your website or otherwise, that could contradict anything in this section.
