2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The organizer is conducting a crowdfunding campaign to finance a project to create an innovative gadget for a smart home. The participant contributes funds to support this project and, depending on the amount of the contribution, receives an appropriate reward indicated on the campaign website.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Organizer undertakes to use the collected funds exclusively for the development and release of a gadget for a smart home, as well as to regularly inform the Participant about the progress of the project.
The participant undertakes to deposit funds in a timely manner in the amount specified when choosing a reward on the campaign website.

4. THE AMOUNT AND PROCEDURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS
The participant makes a contribution in the amount of 5,000 rubles. The contribution is made in a one-time payment to the Organizer’s bank details within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of this agreement.

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. TERMS OF AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement may be amended or terminated by agreement of the parties or in the event of force majeure.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties will try to resolve all disputes and disagreements under this agreement through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court at the location of the Organizer.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Participant and is valid until the parties fulfill their obligations.
